SUNLU PLA+ 1.75mm, 1kg spools start at ৳1,550 at Costareen (October 2026). At that price one gram costs about ৳1.55, so a 100-gram print uses roughly ৳155 of filament.

Why PLA+ instead of standard PLA?

PLA+ is PLA with additives that make it less brittle. Parts flex slightly before breaking instead of cracking, which makes it better for brackets, holders, toys and anything handled often. It prints as easily as normal PLA and needs no enclosure.

Print settings

• Nozzle: about 205–230°C
• Bed: 50–60°C
• Works on open-frame and enclosed printers; no special nozzle needed

Start with the profile your slicer suggests for PLA and adjust from there.

Good to know
