Privacy Policy
Costareen (costareen.com) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, email (optional) and what you bought — needed to process and deliver your order and to support you afterwards.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and password (stored encrypted) and your order history.
- Payment: online payments are handled by a licensed payment gateway. Costareen never receives or stores your card number, PIN or wallet credentials. For Cash on Delivery we only record that the order was paid.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp, so we can answer you.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and cookies used to keep your cart, remember your login and measure how the site is used.
How we use it
